On April 21, 2025, first-year students of the Higher School of Economics and Business at Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University, majoring in Business Management under the Department of Management, took part in a class within the course Fundamentals of Business. The theoretical and practical components of the course are taught by Candidate of Economic Sciences, Acting Associate Professor U. S. Niyazaliev, who is also the General Director of Dan Agro Products LLC.

After the lecture session, the students visited the company’s processing plant to see firsthand how a business operates in practice. This learning format allows students to combine theory with real-world experience, gain a deeper understanding of their future profession, and better prepare for their careers.

The students note that dual education makes the learning process more engaging and motivating. We hope this experience becomes a solid foundation for their professional growth!

Excursion to the Production and Processing Enterprise “Dan Agro Produkty” LLC

On October 10, 2024, in accordance with the Cooperation Agreement signed in 2023 between our university and the production and processing enterprise Dan Agro Produkty LLC, the Department of Management of the Higher School of Economics and Business organized an educational excursion for 42 second-year students majoring in Management and Business Management.

The purpose of the visit was to familiarize students with real production processes — to see firsthand how raw materials are transformed into finished processed products and how the goods are delivered to consumers through logistics channels.

Students attended a lecture about the company’s activities and future development strategy, accompanied by an informative video presentation. They were also introduced to the company’s product collection and learned about the characteristics of environmentally friendly legume-based products ready for export to various countries around the world.

Later, the students toured the factory, where they observed the full process — from the handling of raw materials to their transformation into finished goods ready for export. The two-hour excursion left the students amazed and inspired by what they had seen.

At the company’s cafeteria, they were treated to a delicious lunch prepared from the company’s own products — lentil soup, buckwheat, and bulgur garnished with a meat cutlet — which further enhanced their positive impressions.

Upon departure, the students expressed heartfelt gratitude to the management and organizers for the opportunity to visit such an impressive and educational enterprise.
