On December 30, 2024, the opening of the Educational and Production Center “Business Management” (under the Department of Management of the Higher School of Economics and Business, KSTU named after I. Razzakov) was organized for the sale of Tecno laptops manufactured at the Technopark of KSTU named after I. Razzakov.
The opening of the Educational and Production Center “Business Management,” marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony and inspirational speeches about the future development prospects of this student startup, was officially launched by the Rector of KSTU, Chynybaev M.K., and the Director of the Higher School of Economics and Business, Sydykova Ch.K. The Rector wished the attending students and the academic staff of the Department of Management success in this direction and achievement of their set goals in the practical training of business specialists.
Next, the Director of the International Higher School of Logistics of KSTU, Prof. Umetaliev A.S., delivered a speech, wishing prosperity to this student startup in this field of activity, as well as the ability to develop business plans and promote and sell this finished product in a competitive market. Akylbek Saparbekovich became the first customer today by purchasing a laptop, thereby opening the way for the sale of this unique product, which is essential for any field of activity, especially for educators and students.
There are already interested members of the academic staff and master’s students who wish to purchase laptops on installment without a down payment. We hope that the opening of the Educational and Production Center “Business Management” will make it possible to provide everyone interested, in the context of digital technologies, with products created by our technical and engineering specialists and students at the highest level, as well as by students who are creating a new level of implementation and sales of this equipment.
Success to our students — the creators of their own future business!
Cooperation with DAAD
DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) is a German organization that provides scholarships to foreign students, master’s and doctoral candidates, as well as professionals for study at public higher education institutions in Germany. The organization connects nations through science and education and is currently regarded as a leader in the field of international academic exchange of students and scholars.
DAAD brings together 240 German universities and 131 student organizations, acts as an intermediary in Germany’s foreign cultural policy, and makes a significant contribution to the development of the country’s science and education policy.
The Department of Management has been cooperating with this organization since 1992. Professor I.A. Atantaev of the department (who, during the GDR period, won a competitive selection and completed a one-year research internship) undertook a research fellowship in Braunschweig with the support of DAAD. During this time, a long-term cooperation agreement was concluded with the Institute of Economics of Construction Organizations (IECO).
Within the framework of this agreement, the parties agreed on:
- joint solutions to problems in the fields of education and science;
- improvement of specialist training;
- organization of joint conferences and seminars;
- publication of academic articles and teaching and methodological materials;
- joint organization of student internships.
As a result, ten academic articles by the department were published in Germany in the German language. Joint seminars and conferences of the department and IECO were held. Faculty members and students of IECO visited the Kyrgyz Republic and became acquainted with the scientific and educational system of FPI.
At present, the department conducts seminars on the activities of DAAD. Every year, DAAD scholarship holders and active members of the department participate in international scientific conferences organized by DAAD. The department considers further cooperation with DAAD to be a priority area.
