The department has developed a graduate qualification model, developed on the basis of the State Standard for the areas of study and the corresponding OOP.

The field of professional activity of graduates in the field of training 580200 – "Management" includes:

organizations of any organizational and legal form (commercial, non-commercial, state, municipal), in which graduates work as performers or junior-level managers in various services of the management apparatus;
state and municipal administration bodies;
structures in which graduates are entrepreneurs who create and develop their own business;
general education institutions, educational institutions of primary vocational, secondary vocational, higher vocational and additional vocational education.
The objects of professional activity of bachelors are:

management processes of organizations of various organizational and legal forms;
processes of state and municipal management.
Bachelor in the field of training 580200 - "Management" is preparing for the following types of professional activity:

organizational and managerial;
information-analytical and research;
performance;
production and technological;
entrepreneurial;
pedagogical.
Bachelor in the field of training 580200 - "Management" must solve the following professional tasks in accordance with the types of professional activity:

a) organizational and managerial activities:

participation in the development and implementation of the corporate and competitive strategy of the organization, as well as functional strategies (marketing, financial, personnel);
participation in the development and implementation of a set of operational measures in accordance with the strategy of the organization;
planning the activities of the organization and departments;
formation of organizational and managerial structure of organizations;
organization of the work of performers (teams of performers) for the implementation of specific projects, activities, works;
development and implementation of projects aimed at the development of an organization (enterprise, state or municipal government body);
monitoring the activities of departments, teams (groups) of employees;
motivation and stimulation of the organization's personnel aimed at achieving strategic and operational goals;
b) information and analytical and research activities:

collection, processing and analysis of information about the factors of the external and internal environment of the organization for making management decisions;
building an internal information system of an organization for collecting information for decision-making, planning activities and control;
creation and maintenance of databases on various indicators of the functioning of organizations;
evaluating the effectiveness of projects;
preparation of reports on the results of information and analytical activities;
evaluation of the effectiveness of management decisions;
study and analysis of trends in the development of industries and enterprises;
conducting research in the field of structural unit management.
c) performing activities:

record keeping and document management;
implementation of actions, techniques and operations for the provision of services to individuals and legal entities;
auxiliary and technological support of the professional activity of specialists.
d) production and technological:

organization of the process of individual stages of production and economic activity;
organization and execution of the assigned stage of work;
participation in the preparation and decision-making on the organization of production and technological activities;
e) entrepreneurial activity:

definition of business objectives and ways to achieve them;
development of business plans;
assessment of competitiveness and economic efficiency of entrepreneurial activity;
organization of entrepreneurial activity.
f) pedagogical activity:

teaching management disciplines in general education institutions, educational institutions of primary and secondary vocational education.

Monitoring the employment of graduates.
The purpose of conducting a survey among graduates of the Department of Management after graduation is to collect information that will help the Department of Management to understand how their department is developing: which aspects work well, and where improvements need to be made. The graduate tracking approach can be used as a useful tool for quality assurance. In addition to data collection and analysis, the results obtained are necessary for the department for self-improvement, career guidance, preparation of informational and promotional materials about the educational institution, preparation of targeted information for employers, students, parents, preparation of accreditation and administrative reports.

The structure of the report is presented in tabular form and contains the following information: the name of the bachelor's program, the total number of bachelor graduates from 2017 to 2020 academic years (by gender), the number of employed out of the total number of graduates, etc.
