In 1979, he entered the Osh branch of the Frunze automobile and road technical school, specialty "Maintenance and repair of automobile transport" and in 1983 he graduated from the Frunze automobile and road technical school with a diploma of distinction, qualification of mechanic technician.
In 1983, he entered Frunze Polytechnic Institute, majoring in automobiles and automobile economy. In the period of 1984-1986 served in the ranks of Soviet Army in the Group of Soviet Troops in Germany. In 1991 he graduated with honours diploma from Osh Higher Technological College with qualification of engineer-mechanic.
In 1986-1991 he worked as auto mechanic of motor-column 2902. From February to September 1991 he worked as secretary of the Komsomol Committee of the Southern Industrial Automobile Transport Association.
From 1991 to 2004 years he worked in Osh University of Technology as a teacher, senior teacher, assistant professor and head of the department.
In 1995 he was full-time postgraduate student of OshTU and defended his thesis in 1998.
From 2004-2010 he was deputy head of the department "Transport Management" at the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov, simultaneously director of "Training and Research Center of Road Transport". In 2008 he was awarded the title of associate professor in the specialty "Transport".
Since 2010, the head of the department "Transport Management", which was renamed in 2015 to the department "Organization of transportation and traffic safety". In 2019 he defended his doctoral thesis in the specialty 05.22.10 - "Operation of road transport".
Under his leadership an educational-research-laboratory, where laboratory and practical classes on disciplines "Safety of vehicles", "Technical means of traffic management", "Traffic management" are held.
He is actively engaged in scientific and methodical work. Managed and supervises the research work funded by the Ministry of Education and Science: "Development of organizational and technical documents and information programs to ensure efficiency and safety of traffic", "Development of scientific and practical recommendations to optimize logistics centers and improve transport tourism". The results of scientific research is used in the educational process. Supervises graduate and undergraduate students and students' research work.
He is a member of the UIE on transport specialties of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. Directly developed the State standards of training of specialists of the 3rd generation in the direction of 670300 Technology of transport processes undergraduate and graduate degrees, as well as teaching and learning materials.
