Akmatbekov Ryspec Aktayevich

On the initiative of R. A. Akmatbekov, the Kyrgyz-Korean Information Access Center was established at KSTU in 2010, where he now works as a director, combining it with the position of professor of the AU department.

He has more than 80 publications, including one monograph, 3 textbooks, 1 textbook and about 30 educational and methodical works. A number of works have been published abroad (Bulgaria, Germany).

In 1973 he graduated from Frunze Polytechnic Institute (FPI) with a degree in “Automation and telemechanics”. From 1977 to 1980 - postgraduate student of the Department of Automation of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute. PhD thesis defense - March 1982 at the Moscow Institute of Economics, specialty 051301 - "Technical Cybernetics and information Theory".

From 1980 to 1990, R.A. Akmatbekov worked at the Department of Automatic Control (AU) of the FPI as a teacher, senior lecturer, associate professor. 1981-1985 - Deputy Dean of the Evening Energy Faculty. Since 1986 - Deputy Head of the Department of AU, which at that time was the late prof. Zhuravlev Vladimir Mikhailovich - Rector of the FPI from 1974 to 1990 . The academic title of associate professor was awarded to the Higher Attestation Commission of the USSR in 1991. In 1990-1997, he headed the Department of Automatic Control. Heading the Department of AU in the most difficult and difficult first years of independence of Kyrgyzstan, he managed not only to preserve, but also to increase the personnel potential, educational, methodological and material-technical base of the department. From 1998 to 2006 - Associate Professor of the Department of AU, and from 2006 to 2011 — Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology (FIT), at the same time since 2007 — Professor of the Department of AU. From 1992 to 1997, from 2006 to 2011 he was a member of the Academic Council of KSTU. While working as Dean, FIT has done a lot to improve the level of educational, methodological, scientific and organizational work.

He has commendations and certificates of honor of KSTU. In 1987 he was recognized as the best lecturer and entered on the honor board of the FPI. In 1992, 2000 he was awarded honorary diplomas of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, in 2001 - the badge "Excellent Student of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic". In 2001 The Council of KSTU awarded the honorary title of "Professor of KSTU". In 2008, he was awarded an honorary diploma of the RK Trade Union of Education Workers.

Since 1981, he has personally supervised the graduation projects of more than 100 graduates. Akmatbekov R.A. actively conducts research and development, working on the topic "Research and development of distributed control systems based on information and telecommunication technologies". He is engaged in the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel, being the supervisor of three graduate students. In 1996, 1997, 2001-2003, 2010-2013 - Head of scientific and technical projects financed from the state budget. 2007-2009 - Coordinator of the joint international Kyrgyz-German scientific and technical project on FIT "Distributed control system for infrastructure facilities in Kyrgyzstan". Within the framework of this project, modern equipment and licensed software were received for FIT in the amount of about 25 thousand EUR
