A.O. Aidraliev is actively engaged in scientific work; conducts work on cathedral scientific topics; conducts negotiations with a number of multinational corporations, large international companies, foreign universities on the establishment of partnerships; is working on a PhD thesis. Supervises the scientific and production work of students. He has published more than 10 scientific papers in domestic and foreign scientific journals and conference proceedings.
In 1994, he graduated with honors from the I.Razzakov Kyrgyz Technical University with a degree in "Automatic control in technical systems".
From 1995 to 2000 he worked at the State Agency of Intellectual Property (Kyrgyzpatent), where he held positions from specialist to head of department.
After graduating from the postgraduate course of the I.Razzakov Kyrgyz Technical University with a degree in "Management in technical systems -05.13.01" in 1998, from 2000 to 2003 he was a leading lecturer at the Kyrgyz-Turkish University "Ataturk – Ala-Too". At the same time, from 1998 to 2003, he headed the Group for the Development and Implementation of Distance Learning Technologies at the Center for Distance Learning of the I.Razzakov Kyrgyz Technical University. From 2003 to 2007 . He worked at the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, where he passed the school from system administrator to Head of the Department of Communications and Informatization. From 2007 to 2009, he was in charge of the Sector of implementation of the Electronic Government System of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. From 2010 to 2013, he was a Business Development Manager for Microsoft Corporation in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
Scientific and pedagogical experience of Aidraliev A.O. is more than 16 years.
During his work, A.O. Aidraliev has introduced more than 5 basic and special disciplines for a number of FIT specialties, including for students with English as the language of instruction; constantly updates the content of disciplines taking into account the rapid development of computer and information technologies. Participates in the development of state educational standards of professional higher education and working curricula, preparation of documents for licensing for the right of educational activity.
For a significant contribution to the training of engineers, A.O. Aidraliev was awarded a certificate of merit of the KTU, awarded with an entry in the work book by state bodies, is a State Adviser of the III class.
