About the Project
The project aimed to train highly qualified managers in the field of resource-efficient production logistics in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. KSTU participated in the project through its Department of Logistics.

Main Goals
- Training specialists in resource-efficient production logistics to meet the needs of national and international companies
- Development and implementation of an interdisciplinary master's program consisting of 18 modules (120 ECTS) in accordance with the Bologna Process
- Advanced training for faculty at partner universities
- Strengthening cooperation between universities and logistics companies
Results
- A master's program in resource-efficient production logistics was developed, comprising 18 educational modules
- 1 training laboratories were established
- Advanced training was conducted for faculty and master's degree students
- Cooperation was established with associated partners — logistics companies in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Russia
