The department has established and is developing cooperation, based on bilateral agreements, with enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership. This is evidenced by standard contracts for targeted training drawn up by enterprises such as: Kyrgyztelecom OJSC , State Automated Administration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, RPO RMTR.
More than 80% of graduates are employed at the enterprises of Kyrgyztelecom OJSC , in leading cellular companies, law enforcement agencies (State Committee for National Security, Ministry of Internal Affairs), and also work in their specialty in the near and far abroad. The department is the leading and only graduating department in the country in the field of Radio Engineering.
Graduates of this specialty are in demand both in Kyrgyzstan and in neighboring countries: Kazakhstan and Russia. Our competitiveness is evidenced by the fact that our graduates are employed mainly through competition (communications and telecommunications industries, banks, projects, etc.). The image of graduates among employers is positive. Work to support connections between graduates is carried out whenever possible.
The most sought after specialists in the field of telecommunications and communications are sales managers and call center operators.
So, the number of vacancies for:
- sales managers in September 2019 accounted for 25.1% of the total employer requests.
- In second place, with a significant gap from the leader, are customer service managers (15.5%).
- Call Center operators has reached 40% of the total vacancies.
- The number of requests from employers for installers and sales consultants amounted to 12.6% and 13.2%, respectively.
- 5.6% of vacancies offered employment to technicians.
- The number of vacancies for technical support specialists was 20%.
- 1C programmers close the ranking of the most sought-after specialists in the field of telecommunications and communications. They are in demand in 10.3% of vacancies.
- The annual graduation rate of all universities in Kyrgyzstan capable of meeting this demand reaches 200 people.
All graduates of the department work in their specialty as operators in Call centers, are heads of departments, and also work as installers. Many occupy key positions in the management of organizations both within Kyrgyzstan and abroad. The department also attracts its graduates working in companies to manage educational, production and pre-qualification practices and teach a number of special disciplines.
