Organization of the Educational Process
The educational process for the program 710200 "Information Systems and Technologies" is organized in accordance with the State Educational Standards of Higher Professional Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Education," the University Charter, and local regulatory acts.
Training is conducted according to approved work curricula and academic calendars and includes lectures, practical and laboratory sessions, independent work of students, educational, industrial, and pre-qualification internships, ongoing research control, intermediate assessment, as well as the defense of a graduation qualification work (Bachelor's) or a master's thesis (Master's).
All disciplines are provided with educational and methodological complexes (EMC) hosted on the educational portals avn.kstu.kg and onlinekstu.kg, which are regularly updated to reflect the dynamic development of information systems and technologies. The Master's program is additionally focused on advanced theoretical and scientific research training, including research internships and independent scientific work of students. Modern educational, digital, and distance learning technologies are applied.
