Since the beginning of his teaching career, he has been working at the Institute of Mining and Mining Technologies. Academician U. Asanalieva. Over the years, he has proven himself to be a qualified teacher and an experienced mentor to young professionals. He lectures on mining disciplines, conducts scientific, methodological and educational work, and actively participates in personnel training for the mining industry of the Kyrgyz Republic. Under his leadership, workers and engineering personnel were trained for the country's largest enterprises, such as Altynken LLC, Kumtor JSC, Kyrgyzaltyn JSC and others.
