International cooperation
Kazakhstan Geotechnical Society (KGS) and Japan Geotechnical Society (JGS) with the support of the International Society of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE)
The Department of "Underground Mining of mineral deposits" maintains international cooperation with the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K. I. Satpayev (KazNITU).
The partnership provides for the exchange of experience in the field of mining, joint research, participation in international conferences and the development of educational programs to improve the quality of engineering training.
International Geotechnical Engineering Workshop with Asian Geotechnical Engineering
The Kyrgyz Geotechnical Association, together with the Kazakhstan Geotechnical Association, the Kyrgyz State Agricultural University named after I.Razzakov (U.Asanaliev KGMI, Department of Underground Mining) and the Institute of Geomechanics and Subsoil Development of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, held a "Seminar on International Geotechnical Engineering" to familiarize and strengthen the interaction of the Kyrgyz Geotechnical Association with other associations for future cooperation and development in the scientific field of the institutes and the department of "PRMPI"
The seminar was held from August 19 to 21, Kyrgyzstan, in the Issyk-Kul region, in the Karven - Four Seasons recreation area
