Analysis and Processing of Big Data
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The program aims to train highly qualified analysts and specialists in the field of Data Science who understand applied mathematics problems, particularly in finance and economics, and can creatively apply their knowledge and skills to successfully solve them.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
- Provide students with strong mathematical training, as is traditional in our higher education system.
- Develop competencies in various areas of programming and modern informatics, such as data analysis, machine learning, software design, and development.
- Acquire professional skills in working with big data and building analytical models for business and various sectors of the economy.
WHAT I WILL STUDY
Mathematical subjects and key computer science disciplines: discrete mathematics, mathematical analysis, linear algebra and geometry, differential equations, probability theory, and mathematical statistics. Mandatory programming courses include:
- Databases and fundamentals of information systems
- Machine learning and data analysis
- A number of elective courses
Students also solve applied company tasks as part of course projects and thesis work.

- Certificate or diploma (original)
- ORT certificate (in addition to the main test, a subject test in mathematics is required)
- Passport or other identity documents (original and copy)
- Copy of military registration certificate or military ID (for those liable for military service)
- 4 photographs (3×4 cm)
- Medical certificate form 086
