Has higher education. Graduated in 1995 from Sevastopol state technical university. In 2008 received the second higher education at the Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEH" them. D. F. Ustinova.
From 1997 to 2011 she worked at the branch of BSTU "VOENMEH" in the city of Bishkek as the head of the quality of education and financial analysis.
