Sulaymanova J.J. graduated from the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I.Razzakov in 2024 with a degree in "Information Systems and Technologies in Telecommunications". In September of the same year, he entered the Master's program at the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I.Razzakov with a degree in "Infocommunication Technologies and Communication Systems".
From July 1, 2024 to January 17, 2025, he worked as an engineer at Saima Telecom LLC
Since 2024, he has held the position of Chief Specialist of the Academic Mobility Sector of the International Relations Department.
