- In 1976, he graduated from the Frunze Road Construction Technical School
- In 1988, he graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Engineering and Construction, with a degree in “Motorways” and was awarded the qualification of civil engineer.
Work experience:
- Since 1976, road master at Ala-Bukinsky RDSEU.
- From 1976 to 1978, service in the Armed Forces.
- From 1978 to 1979, Bazaar-Kurgan RDESU as a technician.
- Since 1979, engineer at the Department of Construction and Road Machinery at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
- From 1982 to 1988, senior engineer, lead engineer for scientific work at h/t 10/82; h/t 9/82 of the Department of Automobile Roads, where he was engaged in “Road Surveys and Development of Recommendations for Improving Their Transport and Operational Qualities” of the roads of the Issyk-Kul PLUAD, Talas PLUAD, and the Pamir Highway Administration. He has nine scientific publications.
- From 1989 to 1991, he worked as a senior engineer at the Shumkar Interdisciplinary Scientific and Engineering Association, the Terminal Youth Center, and the “Arakhet” International Center held the position of lead engineer.
- From March 1991, he was a laboratory assistant at the “Automobile Roads” department, and in 1992 he was transferred to the position of lecturer at the “BJD” department of KASI.
- From June 1993 to July 1994, Deputy Head of Housing and Utilities at the Jalal-Abad City Administration.
- From 1995 to 1997, Chief Specialist of the Department of Construction and Industrial Building Materials at the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- From 1997 to 1999, he was chief specialist of the engineering and technical department of the Civil Defense and Emergency Situations Ministry.
- From 2009 to the present, he has been working as head of the Temir-Beton laboratory and senior lecturer at the Department of PVZiSS at the N. Isanov KISI.
