Methodical work
1. For methodological equipment of the educational process at the department there are: - State University in the direction of 580100 "Economics";
- curricula of the direction 581000 "Marketing" and "Economic security";
- UMK in the disciplines assigned to the department, including work programs and syllabuses (29 disciplines in total);
- - internship programs (production, prequalification);
- methodological recommendations for coursework (in the disciplines of "Economics", "Financial Control"); methodological recommendations for SRS (in the discipline of "Economics");
- SAC program in the direction 580100 "Economics" - profile "Finance and credit";
- methodological recommendations for the implementation of the WRC.
2. The quality control system of teaching at the department is based on the following activities:
- visits to classes by the head of the department in order to check the conformity of the type, topic and educational and methodological content of classes with the work program and the content of the discipline;
- mutual attendance of classes by teachers of the department, followed by their discussion at the educational and methodological seminar of the department;
- it is planned to conduct a survey of students on the quality of classes conducted by teachers of the department (March 2020) with the identification of the best and worst teacher.
Teachers of the department undergo advanced training in their specialty and improve pedagogical skills, apply modern educational technologies and technical means in the educational process.
1. The department has approved work plans for the 2019-20 academic year in all areas of the department's work, individual work plans of teaching staff have been completed and approved in accordance with the established requirements.
2. The chairman of the Educational and Methodological Commission of the IEF is Omurbekova M.O. (acting head of the department), a member of the department is Asanakunova G.B.
3. The implementation of the Plan of publications of methodological works on the department is currently not fixed, since the department has existed since 01.10.2019.
4. This year the Department conducts production and prequalification practices at the following basic enterprises: The Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, commercial banks "Eco Islamic Bank", "Optima", "Bakai", "RSK", Bishkek City Hall, transport company "RTK", Bishkek Tax Inspectorate, etc.
5. In 2018-2019, the following teachers have completed advanced training:
- by specialty: Omurbekova M.O., Asanakunova G.B., Begalieva G.S., Toybayeva N.R., Elchibayeva A.Z.
- by pedagogy: Omurbekova M.O., Sulaimanova B.Zh., Toybayeva N.R., Elchibayeva A.Z.
Academic mobility of teaching staff and students is absent.
Guest lectures are planned by the following invited lecturers: the head of the expert working group on reforming the departments of Internal Affairs that ensure road safety, T.Ibraimov – "Behavior of people in extreme situations"; project Manager of the Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan R. Sarybaev – "Needs and priorities of the banking and financial sectors of the Kyrgyz Republic".
