G.M. Almakuchukova graduated from the Chemistry Department of the V.V. Mayakovsky Kyrgyz Women's Pedagogical Institute in 1978. From 1978 to 1984, she was a senior laboratory assistant in the Laboratory of Chemistry and Technology of Precious Metals at the Institute of Inorganic and Physical Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR. From 1984 to 2000, she worked at the Institute of Inorganic and Physical Chemistry as a junior research fellow, having passed a competitive selection process. In 2008, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Chemical Sciences in Inorganic Chemistry. In 2013, by decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in Metallurgy. From 1998 to the present, I have been teaching in the Department of Metallurgy and Metallurgical Processes as a senior lecturer and associate professor. My teaching is combined with research.
I conduct all types of classes at the required level and supervise bachelor's theses.
In 2017 and 2018, I was an official dissertation reviewer at the Institute of Chemistry and Phytotechnology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
I have published over 50 scientific and educational works.
I was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Institute of Chemistry and Phytotechnology, Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2011.
