Round Table “Strategic Partnership: Cooperation between the Mining Industry and Educational Institutions in Improving Educational Programs”
The round table “Strategic Partnership: Cooperation between the Mining Industry and Educational Institutions in Improving Educational Programs”, organized by the Kyrgyz State Mining and Metallurgical Institute named after Academician U. Asanaliev and the Mining Technology College, took place on March 6, 2024. The event was dedicated to issues of collaboration between educational institutions and industry in cultivating qualified specialists.
Participants of the round table, including heads of production departments, as well as leaders and staff of the institute and college, discussed the following topics:
- What challenges does the development of technology pose for the quality of teaching?
- What approaches exist for measuring the quality of education?
- What tools are available to improve the quality of education and industrial practices?
The round table was moderated by Umarov Talantbek Samievich, Deputy Director of the KSMI named after Academician U. Asanaliev, Associate Professor.
