Availability of an academic schedule, academic calendar, and faculty class schedule.

At the beginning of the academic year, the Academic Affairs Department distributes approved academic schedules, which are used to guide the department's work. Compliance with the academic schedule is monitored daily. The department maintains a class schedule, a consultation schedule, and a backlog repayment schedule for all faculty members. If faculty members reschedule classes for another time or day, they notify the department head and the Academic Affairs Department. Backlog repayment and consultations are scheduled at designated times. The schedules for work and consultations are posted on a special board.
