    The Department of "Design" approved the following number of subjects: -570400 Design, profile: "Graphic design" - 29 (bachelor), profile "Environment Design" - 27 subjects -total: 56 subjects.
All subjects are 100% provided with the necessary educational institutions, educational and methodological documentation: work programs, methodological guidelines, teaching aids, visual materials, educational and methodological complexes.
The staff schedule of teachers of the department is determined at the beginning of the academic year. The section "design " is based on the total workload and hourly rates for the position.
Since the beginning of the academic year, the department has been updating the nomenclature of works in the main areas of activity established by the Academic Council of KSTU. And.Razzakov. These are minutes of meetings, orders, statements and appeals, reports, certificates on research work and research work of students, folders on educational work, reports, etc. the timely implementation of the nomenclature of work is controlled by the head of the department and responsible persons.
    The quantitative composition of teachers meets the current licensing requirements.
High-quality teaching staff in basic education meets licensing requirements, almost 60% of teachers are members of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic and the International Confederation of Unions of Artists, and the remaining 40% are young professionals who have completed advanced training at the 2nd level within the walls of KSTU, conducting the educational process on the course.
The work schedule of the teaching staff is tied to the individual work plan of the teacher and the schedule approved by the educational department. For the development and consultation, an individual schedule was drawn up for each teacher outside the class schedule in accordance with the established schedule.
    Independent work of students is carried out on a regular basis, weekly in the form of home creative works. It is conducted in a computer laboratory in computer disciplines.
The educational practice "Plein Air" is held for the second year, at the end of the 4-week spring semester, in Bishkek parks and the Museum of Art.

At the Department of Design, methodological work is aimed at ensuring the educational process, improving the pedagogical skills of teachers, improving classroom, practical and independent work of students, improving all forms, types and methods of educational work.The creation of conditions that contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of the educational process is the main goal of methodological work.

Material and technical base

I. Razzakov KSTU has a material and technical base that ensures the conduct of all types of disciplinary and interdisciplinary training, laboratory, practical and research work of students provided for in the curriculum, and in accordance with current sanitary and fire safety rules and regulations.

The material and technical base of the Department of Design corresponds to the list of minimum requirements for the implementation of the OOP training of specialists and includes:

painting and drawing classrooms for 12-15 people;
computer design classroom; (at least 13 computers)
the auditorium of the "Design of the environment"
classrooms for 15-20 students;
the audience for graphic design;
storage room for models and samples of design products.
specially equipped classrooms and classrooms for the study of humanities and socio-economic disciplines;

The Department of Design has 2 computer classes and provides Internet access for full-time students. Laboratories and classrooms comply with sanitary and fire safety rules and regulations: an evacuation plan from the classrooms, there are classroom passports, instructions and magazines on TB and PB, instruction is conducted twice a year.
