At present, the sewing enterprises of Kyrgyzstan have reached a fairly high level. Along with large sewing enterprises, there are small sewing enterprises in the field of light industry and, therefore, the demand for graduate students in light industry is growing. Starting from the fourth year, sewing enterprises invite students to work in different areas of production. The satisfaction of graduates in the acquired knowledge and practical training for work in production is confirmed by their high demand. Already during the pre-qualification practice, graduates have agreements with enterprises.
The department annually analyzes the labor market for the use of new technologies, equipment, the formation of labor functions, holds round tables with employers in order to identify their satisfaction with graduates and learning outcomes.
The performance of graduates at enterprises is noted by their positions held at enterprises and high salaries. There is a significant motivation for further career advancement: material incentive, creative interest, social status.
