• Development of a concept and strategy for the digital transformation of inclusive PhD education in universities of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Impact of the D-TIDE Project
Implementation of digital solutions for inclusive PhD education – development and use of universal online platforms and educational resources that ensure equal access to learning opportunities for all doctoral candidates, including those with special educational needs.
Enhancement of the quality and accessibility of doctoral education in Kyrgyzstan – introduction of standardized procedures, modern learning materials, and digital teaching methodologies aligned with international academic standards and requirements.
Development of professional competencies of academic staff and supervisors – capacity building for faculty members and doctoral supervisors in the use of digital educational technologies, remote mentoring tools, and systems for monitoring the academic progress of PhD students.
Expansion of international academic cooperation – integration of Kyrgyz universities into international research and educational networks, fostering collaborative research activities and increasing scientific publication output.
Improvement of management processes – implementation of digital tools for the administration of PhD programmes, monitoring doctoral students’ performance, and managing educational processes more efficiently.
