Work Packages of the D-TIDE Project
WP1 – Management
Main Tasks (WP1):
- Project coordination and overall management;
- Monitoring project implementation and compliance with timelines;
- Financial management and budget control;
- Preparation and submission of project reports;
- Allocation of responsibilities among project team members.
WP2 – Platform Development
Main Tasks (WP2):
- Development of a digital platform for inclusive PhD education;
- Procurement of equipment and software required for project implementation;
- Testing, validation, and optimization of the platform.
WP3 – Pilot Implementation
Main Tasks (WP3):
- Deployment of the platform at KSTU;
- Implementation of pilot PhD programmes;
- Collection of feedback from users and stakeholders;
- Risk assessment and evaluation of pilot implementation outcomes.
WP4 – Dissemination

- Promotion and dissemination of project results;
- Preparation of scientific and informational publications;
- Organization of seminars, workshops, and dissemination events;
- Development of press releases and web-based content;
