1996 - laboratory assistant of the department of the Kyrgyz language and literature of Osh State University; 1997 - senior laboratory assistant of the Department of Kyrgyz Literature, Osh State University;
1998-1999 - Lecturer of the Department of Kyrgyz and Russian languages of Osh State University;
1993-1994 Teacher of the Kyrgyz language at the Lenin secondary school in Osh (part-time);
In 2014, she worked as a librarian at the Centralized Children's Library of the Moscow District of the Chui Region;
In 2016 Methodist of the methodological office of the Moscow District Department of Education;
2017 - Director of the Moscow District House of Culture;
Since 2018, she has been a teacher at the Department of the Kyrgyz Language of the Technological Faculty of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov.
At the same time, he is currently a postgraduate student at the Bishkek Humanities University.
