Education: Frunze Polytechnic Institute (1971 - 1976). Postgraduate studies at the National Academy of Sciences, candidate of technical sciences (1981), doctor of technical sciences (2003), professor, member of the International Eco-Energy Academy, Baku (1985), academician of the Engineering Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic (2005).
Work experience: In the initial period of his scientific activity, he was engaged in the development and creation of dynamic shock machines for the military-industrial complex.
The main specialization is “Dynamics and Strength of Machines”. Qualification engineer - researcher. He also conducted research in the field of the theory of synthesis of machines when creating various mechanisms with an adaptive working body (secondary specialization). Engaged in research in the field of alternative energy since 1983, (current specialization). During his scientific career published more than 270 scientific papers. Including 5 monographs, 1 textbook and 3 study guides. Received 19 patents and copyright certificates. Prepared 2 doctors and 8 candidates of technical sciences.
Currently, the activity is associated with the development of new technical means and technologies for the use of renewable energy sources.
