International cooperation of the institute is a synonym for success and development

International cooperation is an integral part of the activities of KGTI, aimed at the development of academic mobility and advanced training of teaching staff at the international level. The main task is to establish international contacts with leading universities in Germany and other countries. The development of international relations in the activities of the Institute is an integral factor in the growth, exchange of knowledge and experience. In this connection, one of the main functions of KGTI is to increase the effectiveness of the Institute's international relations with other universities and research and educational centers, including academic mobility programs. Since 2004, the mobility of students and faculty of KGTI has been carried out by the German Academic Exchange Service DAAD - the largest association on the rights of a public organization to support international academic exchanges, is engaged in the exchange of scientists and students, as well as Erasmus plus programs.

The key to the success of any organization is reliable partnerships. KGTI has partnerships with many German universities, as well as German organizations.

The founder of KGTI - the Berlin Technical Institute specializes in the training of engineering personnel. In terms of the number of students, who are currently more than 13 thousand, the university is one of the ten largest institutes of applied sciences in Germany. At the same time, the share of foreign students studying at the institute is more than 10%, and representatives of 69 countries can be found on the campus of the university. The Technical Institute of Cologne is the largest institute for applied sciences in Germany, with a student body of around 26,000 students and 430 professors. The institute offers a total of 90 full-time undergraduate and graduate programs. West Saxon Institute Zwickau (WHZ) - focused on applied sciences. The institute has developed 50 program courses in the field of engineering education, business and economics, quality of life (Quality of Life). The Stuttgart Media Institute is a public university for media studies in Stuttgart. The university offers bachelor's and master's degrees in three faculties: Printing and Media; electronic media; information and communication. The Technical University of Clausthal is a university in the city of Clausthal Zellerfeld. Thanks to joint work with foreign universities (32 international partnerships) and promising specialties, about 40% of foreign students study at the university. The largest university in northern Bavaria is the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt. The multinationality of the university is also striking - representatives of more than 48 world states, representatives of various religions, nationalities and skin colors study here. Summer school in Germany

Summer school in Germany is a harmonious combination of learning German with study, interesting pastime. Such schools have been held by the institute for more than 10 years. The summer school program includes various events: master classes in the areas of "Mechanical Engineering", "Power Engineering", excursions to leading German enterprises, the cultural program includes acquaintance with the culture of the German people, visits to various museums and cities. Since 2015, the Department of Telematics has begun holding summer schools in Germany and Kyrgyzstan. All summer school events are aimed at making friends of KGTI students who came to the summer school in Germany, helping them to have fun and not let anyone get bored. The summer school in Germany allows you to combine leisure and study in perfect proportion, which become amazing and unforgettable for students. At the end of the summer school, students are issued special certificates of participation, as well as a language certificate for the level of knowledge of the German language.

A practice-oriented approach to learning is the key to the success of quality education

Since 2015, KGTI has started the implementation of the Praxsipartnerschaft project together with the West Saxon Technical Institute Zwickau, funded by DAAD. During the implementation of the project, two areas of training were opened at KGTI: "Hydropower" and "Technology of textiles and leather." Since 2015, the graduating departments of these areas have signed agreements with enterprises, changes have been made to the curriculum in the direction of increasing the number of practice hours. Teachers of the departments annually undergo an internship at the West-Saxon Institute Zwickau, participate in annual fairs organized by leading German enterprises. In 2019, the departments received technical literature for the development of two areas. Students undergo semester training, practice at the West Saxon Technical Institute. Within the framework of the project, the Career and Contacts Fair is held annually. The purpose of this fair is to create a platform for meeting employers and young professionals, students and graduates of universities, as well as establishing business, partnership contacts between universities, firms and enterprises. The concept of the event is the multifunctionality of contacts focused on the needs of the labor market and the employment of students and graduates.

German Academic Exchange Service

The German Academic Exchange Service - is the largest all-German association as a public organization for the support of international academic exchanges. Engaged in the exchange of researchers and students.

 

Headquartered in Bonn, DAAD also has about 15 regional offices that serve to inform about training programs in Germany.

 

DAAD provides scholarships to almost all categories related to science and university activities in one way or another, from 2nd year students to professors and doctors of science.
