The Department of "Telematics" was established in 2011 (Order No. 173 of 06.09.11), specializes in the direction of "Telematics", heads the department- Assoc.,Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Medralieva B.N.

 The department is a part of the Kyrgyz-German Technical Institute of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I.Razzakov.

He trains bachelors and masters in the direction of "Telematics" and "Informatics in healthcare and biomedical engineering".

Our training programs are aimed at improving the health situation in the country. Subjects such as "Fundamentals of Healthcare", "Software Development", "Information Systems in Healthcare", "Medical Databases", which include the direction "Informatics in Healthcare, and biomedical Engineering" will allow graduates of the program to help healthcare institutions switch to electronic medical systems, an electronic database, which in it will significantly improve the patient data management system. With the help of these and other subjects, graduates of the program will know how the healthcare system works, what needs to be done in order to support doctors and doctors. Nurses are not only involved in patient care, but also in documentation, informing, and reading data. Graduates of the program "Informatics in Healthcare and Biomedical Engineering" will be able to engage in planning, further development of information systems, as well as their management; will be able to develop software applicable in the field of healthcare.

Training in the profile "Informatics in healthcare" will allow students to develop innovative technical solutions for complex medical problems, have skills and experience in handling modern measuring and diagnostic devices in medicine, which is one of the main tasks in improving the situation of the modern healthcare system in the country. In addition, the program provides intensive foreign language training (German and English), which makes it possible to continue studying at European universities, or to cooperate with European partners, to find a job on the European labor market.

  •     The Kyrgyz-German Technical Institute presents on a competitive basis scholarships for studying in our programs in Bishkek, as well as continuing studies in Germany, allocated by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
  •     The training is conducted by professors from Germany, Croatia, Romania, as well as Kyrgyzstan.
