At the department, educational work is carried out according to a unified methodology coordinating the activities of all curators. At the beginning of the academic year, curator plans for all groups are created, updated, and approved. Curators hold regular curator hours in their groups and maintain protocols, which are kept in curator folders. Annually, at the beginning of the academic year, the "Freshman Week" is organized, where students admitted to the 1st and 2nd years get acquainted with the university, administration, department, and the academic process. Curators create a student database, approve the class leader, deputy class leader, and academic organizer, and compile a list of talented students, underprivileged students, and students in need of housing.
Department students have participated in all significant events at the Higher School of Economics and Business (HSEB) and the university:
23.09.2023: “30th Anniversary of the Adoption of the State Language Law.”
02.11.2023: Curator hour dedicated to the anniversaries of prominent figures of the Kyrgyz Republic: N. Isanov – 80 years, I. Razakov – 100 years, and U. Asanaliev – 90 years.
17.11.2023: 1st-year students attended an event dedicated to their first year of study. They actively participated and received the Grand Prix.
18.11.2023: Students of group BUA-1-23 Ormonbekova E. and senior group FK-2-23 Bekbolotova A. as part of the HSEB team actively participated in the university event “Dedication to Students 2023,” where the team won the Grand Prix and was awarded a certificate.
On 21.11.2023, group leader Toybolotova M. participated in an information event on mobility held at the I. Razakov State Technical University.
29.11.2023: Students participated in the “Job and Profession Fair” held at the T. Satylganov National Philharmonic Hall of Kyrgyzstan.
The faculty and students of the department actively participate in cultural, mass, and sports events:
26.11.2023: Students of the department actively participated in the mini-football tournament held between the institutes within the framework of HSEB. The HSEB team took 1st place and was awarded a diploma.
01.12.2023: Students actively participated in the lecture on “The Fight Against AIDS: Symptoms, Prevention.”
04.12.2023: A meeting with representatives of the OSCE Academy was held.
05.12.2023: Students actively participated in a session held by the “Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe” Academy.
06.12.2023: Students, together with their curator, participated in a tour of the house-museum of the great Kyrgyz writer Ch. Aitmatov, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the famous writer.
25.03.2024: Curator hour dedicated to World Tuberculosis Day on the topic: "Tuberculosis, epidemiological situation."
11.05.2024: Students of group BUA-1-23 Ormonbekova E. and senior group FK-2-23 Bekbolotova A. actively participated in the annual competition-festival "Spring Ala-Too-2024," held at KGTU named after I. Razakov, where the HSEB team took 3rd place.
01.06.2024: Faculty and students from 1st to 4th-year students of the department held a team-building event in the ChunKurchak Gorge.

Festival Student Spring -2023
On April 28, 2023, the Student Spring Festival 2023 was held, organized by HSEB, where a team of students from the department, having distinguished themselves from other competitors, won 1st place and were awarded a 1st degree Diploma.
