Round table "Current issues and prospects for training personnel in the field of "Technosphere safety"

On March 25, 2025, in the conference hall at the address: Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, Ch. Aitmatov str., 66, a round table was held on the topic "Current issues and prospects for training personnel in the field of "Technosphere safety".

Purpose of the event:

Analysis of the quality of training specialists in the direction 760300 "Technosphere safety" and discussion of possible improvements to educational programs.

Key issues for discussion:

• Diversification of areas of training personnel in the field of technosphere safety in accordance with the current needs of the labor market.

• Discussion and adjustment of curricula and disciplines with the participation of stakeholders and employers.

Representatives of the scientific community and government agencies took part in the round table. Among the invited speakers were:

Rashit Sageevich Sadykov – PhD in Agriculture, Professor of the Department of Ecology and Life Safety of the Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Telecommunication Systems.

Kanat Koichubekovich Chynybaev – Inspector of the Department of Monitoring, Analysis and Security of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Results and outcomes of the discussion:

During the discussions, the participants exchanged experiences and proposals for improving educational programs, emphasizing the need to adapt curricula to modern challenges in the field of technosphere safety. The importance of interaction between educational institutions, employers and government agencies to ensure a high level of training of specialists was noted. The staff of the Department of Technosphere Safety, headed by the head of the department, also took an active part in the discussion, making their proposals for updating the curriculum.

Conclusion:

The result of the round table was the formation of working recommendations for improving the educational process and training specialists who meet modern safety and sustainable development requirements.
