Dear applicants!!!

Are you wondering, "What do I want to be in the future?" Nowadays, everyone wants to choose the profession of the future. What does the profession of the future look like? Today, everyone wants to choose the profession of the future. What does the profession of the future look like? A profession that studies human theoretical positions, using ideas and new technologies, as well as acquired modern skills, to solve them. Now, a brief overview of our profession:

Our country is one of the leading countries in Central Asia in terms of water resources. One of the key sectors of industrial development is water management—hydropower and irrigation. As we know, today the lion's share of fresh water on the planet is "irrevocably" consumed and used not by people themselves (in the process of eating, everyday life, etc.), but by agriculture (irrigation) and industry, and this affects sustainable development, as well as socio-economic development, energy and food production.Nowadays, electricity generated by hydroelectric power plants is relevant because it is practically the cheapest, and its production is environmentally friendly.

Water resources also lie at the heart of the climate change adaptation process, serving as a vital link between society and the environment.Based on this, rational use and the right approach to water resources are required. Therefore, the conservation of water resources and the solution of engineering problems require professionals in their field, and the need for water resources engineers and hydraulic engineers in hydraulic engineering construction is increasing every year. Our Department of Structural Mechanics and Hydraulic Engineering at the Iskhak Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University trains specialists in the fields of hydraulic engineering and water resources and water management.
