The department has a general plan for organizational and educational work, and each curator has developed a work plan for working with students in their groups. Students, in accordance with the plan for educational and cultural work, constantly on preferential terms, together with the teachers of the department, visit the Kyrgyz State Opera and Ballet Theatre, the Kyrgyz Drama Theater and the Russian Drama Theater. Особое место в воспитательном процессе для преподавателей и студентов по специальности «ОРМ» занимает благотворительная и волонтерская деятельность – посещение домов престарелых и помощь детям с ограниченными возможностями. Так например, преподаватели и студенты по специальности «ОРМ» подготовили проект «Книжные библиотеки», собирали книги, формировали библиотеки и развозили по детским домам.
