Admission and enrollment of applicants is carried out based on the results of the current year's Unified Testing through the Automated Information System 'Applicant Online' on the website: https://2020.edu.gov.kg/.

Training is conducted on a contractual basis, in full-time (4 years) and part-time (using distance educational technologies (DET)) (5 years) forms of study. 

Accommodation is provided for students from other cities.
