Network project SYNERGY

Network project SYNERGY

The Synergy project implemented a new approach to the training of modern engineers based on the creation of new principles of education using modern capabilities and technologies. This approach, while preserving many of the traditions and teaching methods of higher education, accumulated by previous generations of scientists, makes it possible to make the most of the increasing possibilities of information technology to significantly increase the level and effectiveness of higher education.

    The approach proposed in the project has been successfully developed in an important engineering field related to robotics, mechatronics, automatic control of technical objects, as well as automation and intellectualization of production, which forms the basis for increasing labor productivity and technological capabilities of domestic enterprises.

    The project implemented five main components of the created network:

- organization of broad theoretical training of bachelors, undergraduates and graduate students, as well as the creation of a unified network of educational and educational - methodological base;

- creation of a network material and technical complex for conducting practical classes, a laboratory workshop and research work for students and graduate students;

- introduction and testing of network technology for organizing research activities;

- identifying the features of special technical training of graduates for domestic enterprises and scientific organizations;

- career guidance work is organized and actively carried out on the basis of the created network technologies.

    The goal of the project is to increase the level of knowledge of bachelors, masters and graduate students through continuous improvement and use of the unique capabilities of the created network when reading general and specialized lecture courses by the most competent teaching staff, when performing laboratory work and workshops using a unique modern educational, scientific and industrial equipment not only for network participants, but also for various academic institutions and industrial enterprises in the real sector of the economy.

    With the use of the network, symposia, conferences and seminars are successfully held in the most important areas of training of technical specialists.

    The created network is continuously developing, expanding and improving. It includes new universities and departments, continuously replenishing the material and human resources of the participants.

    At present, the international Network created and successfully functioning in the field of education is the largest and most successful in the world practice. Geography and interrelationships of the inter-university scientific and educational network "Synergy":

The participants of the interuniversity scientific and educational network "Synergy" include five regional centers, 14 universities that train specialists in the areas of activity under consideration and a number of network partners:
