On March 3, 2023, at the forum of the Eurasian Network University, an agreement was signed on the entry of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov (KSTU) into the ENU as the legal successor of the Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture named after N. Isanov (KSUCTA).

The Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of the Eurasian Network University was signed on the margins of the Eurasian Economic Forum in Bishkek on May 25, 2022, by the rectors of leading universities from the EAEU member states.

Goal of the ENU

The goal of the ENU is the gradual formation of a barrier-free environment in the field of education.

The ENU will:

• Train qualified personnel for Eurasian integration using distance learning technologies;

• Organize scientific research and development;

• Stimulate the personal growth of young people in the spirit of the values of Eurasian integration;

• Pursue other relevant directions.

Objectives of the ENU (According to the Memorandum)

1. Organize the training of qualified personnel in a network format (including the use of distance learning technologies) in accordance with the current and future needs of the EAEU labor market.

2. Conduct continuous monitoring and analysis of existing and forecast future needs for qualified personnel in the EAEU labor market.

3. Organize and implement advanced scientific research and development that is competitive in global markets, particularly in the markets of innovative goods and services.

4. Promote the development, testing, and implementation of approaches and tools that ensure the free movement of educational services and personnel training within the EAEU.

5. Stimulate the professional and personal development of young people as a key factor in the socio-economic development of the EAEU, and promote the orientation of young people toward the values of Eurasian integration.

Structure and Leadership

• Legal Status: The Eurasian Network University is being formed as a scientific and educational consortium without the formation of a legal entity.
