International cooperation


     

     The faculty and students of the Higher School of Economics and Business actively conquer the heights of foreign universities, contributing to intensive integration of scientific knowledge, strengthening mutually beneficial relations between HSEB and foreign universities.

     HSEB KSTU named after I. Razzakov is one of the domestic universities that signed the Great Charter of European Universities. We are a member of a number of international organizations, in particular: EdNet Association of Educational Institutions, Council of Cooperative Education Institutions of the CIS countries, Association of Law Universities of Russia.
     HSEB KSTU actively cooperates with international organizations and their representations in the Kyrgyz Republic. In particular, the European Union program Erasmus +, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), academic exchange program MEVLANA. Every year the geography of international cooperation expands, it concerns the directions of academic mobility, joint research, participation in international programs.

     The mobility of faculty and staff is one of the important areas of international and educational activities of the University in order to enrich the knowledge, implement joint research and training programs, participate in internships at foreign universities, familiarizing with the cultural communities of other countries, etc.

     Participation of a teacher or employee in international programs or exchange programs conducted by the university is agreed.

     The department actively conducts methodological and practice-oriented seminars with the invitation of foreign professors from both near and far abroad.

     Students of the department of ES under the leadership of the head of the department Omurbekova M.O. two years in a row take part in the International Olympiad on Financial Security (Russia, Sochi).

     To date, the department has accumulated experience in training foreign students. The geography of international relations is expanding. At the present time in our department there are full-time and part-time international students from such countries as Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.

     Close cooperation of the chair with colleagues from foreign and domestic universities: joint publications; mutual trainings of teachers; public lectures of foreign experts on disciplines of the chair.

Participation in Associations

Eurasian Network University

On March 3, 2023 at the forum of the Eurasian network university an agreement was signed on the accession of KSTU M.I. Razzakov to the ENU, as the legal successor of KSUCTA named after N. Isanov.

The Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of the Eurasian network university was signed on the margin of the Eurasian Economic Forum in Bishkek on May 25, 2022 by the rectors of leading universities of the ENU countries.

The aim of the ENU is the gradual formation of a barrier-free environment in the field of education.

The ENU will prepare qualified personnel for Eurasian integration using distance learning technologies, organization of research and development, promotion of personal growth of young people in the spirit of the values of Eurasian integration and other areas. 

Objectives of the ENU (according to the Memorandum):

- to organize training of qualified personnel in network form (including the use of distance learning technologies) in accordance with the existing and prospective needs of the EAEU labor market;

- continuous monitoring and analysis of existing and forecasting of future needs for qualified personnel on the ENU labor market;

- organization and implementation of advanced research and development competitive in the world markets, especially in the markets of innovative goods and services;

- assistance in development, testing and implementation of approaches and tools ensuring free movement of educational services and personnel training within the EAEU;

- stimulating professional and personal development of young people as a key factor of socio-economic development of ENU, promoting the orientation of young people to the values of Eurasian integration [2].

Eurasian Network University is formed as a scientific and educational consortium without forming a legal entity.

Rector of the Russian State University of Management Professor Vladimir Stroyev was elected Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the ENU.
