About the master's educational program
The master's program in 2018 was accredited by the independent agency EdNet. In the same year, a diploma was received in the category "Best practice-integrated education"
The program is aimed at preparing masters in fields of
- study of the formation, current state and direction of development of the architectural environment in order to identify its historical and cultural value, determine the need for reconstruction and restoration of cultural heritage sites;
- designing the reconstruction of the architectural environment to ensure a comfortable, harmonious, safe life of a person and society with the identification and preservation of its historical and cultural significance;
- designing the restoration of cultural heritage objects;
- development and implementation of modern scientific methods for the reconstruction and restoration of architectural heritage as a field of knowledge and field of activity;
- creation and management of organizations in the sphere of reconstruction and restoration of architectural heritage objects;
- communication of functions between the customer, the authorities for the protection of historical and cultural heritage, the local community and other interested parties to clarify and promote decisions in the field of reconstruction and restoration of architectural heritage; administrative work in state bodies and public organizations for the protection and use of historical and cultural heritage;
- examination of the state and cultural and historical value of architectural objects; consulting activities in the field of reconstruction and restoration of architectural heritage objects;
- pedagogical activity of the training of professional personnel in the field of reconstruction and restoration of the architectural heritage and the outreaches of its values.
The teaching staff of the master's educational program is represented by leading experts in the field of architecture and the preservation of cultural heritage.
The international cooperation
The teaching staff of the educational program and master students actively participate in research projects on the basis of Scientific Research Design Institute Kyrgyzrestavratsiya and international organizations.
Cooperation agreements are signed with universities of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, Turkey, China, etc.
Employment of MEP graduates
Graduates of the educational program are employed in design companies, government agencies of architecture and construction, and universities.
