Methodical work

Methodical work of the department

The department constantly works on methodological support of all disciplines. Teachers develop textbooks, methodological manuals and instructions on disciplines in Kyrgyz and Russian. For each discipline, educational and methodological complexes (EMC), syllabuses, work programs, as well as methodological materials for lectures, laboratory and practical classes, including materials for monitoring students' knowledge have been created. All educational and methodological complexes are updated annually.

The following publications are actively used in the educational process: "General and Inorganic Chemistry" (authors: Batkibekova M.B., Dzhunushalieva T.Sh., etc.), "Physical and Colloid Chemistry", "Physical Chemistry of Colloid Chemistry" (authors: Dzhunushalieva T.Sh., Borbieva D.B.), "Organic Chemistry" (authors: Batkibekova M.B., Abdykerimova A.S.), "Physics and Chemistry of Polymers" (authors: Elemanova R.Sh., Dzhunushalieva T.Sh.) and others. All materials fully comply with educational standards.

Students have access to educational and methodological literature in both printed and electronic form. The department's lectures are accompanied by presentations and video lectures; students can also receive electronic versions of lectures and laboratory work. Students' knowledge is assessed both in the traditional way and using computer testing.

There is constant quality control of lectures and practical classes with verification of the availability of approved work programs, lecture notes and their compliance with the curricula and syllabi. The results of mutual visits are discussed at department meetings.

In 2022, the department developed all the necessary materials (working curriculum, basic curriculum, book supply, distribution of faculty by disciplines) and received a license to implement an educational program for training bachelors in the field of "Chemical Technology", profile "Research Chemist" (Supplement No. 8 to license No. D2019-0038). Plans for publishing educational and methodological literature are fulfilled annually.
