Currently, the Department of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) provides training for bachelors and masters in the direction 640200 "Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering" in three profiles:
- Hydroelectric power;
- Management in the electric power industry;
- Alternative energy sources.
Graduates of the Department of RES - a specialist in a wide field.
The teaching staff took advanced training courses in Kyrgyzstan (in 4 programs); in Germany (Berlin Technical University, University of Kassel, West Saxon Institute of Zwickau); in Sweden (1 program each); in the UK (Coventry University); in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur); in the Russian Federation (for 3 programs); in China (Beijing); in Kazakhstan (Almaty, Astana); in Iran (Isfahan).
