Job Responsibilities
2.1. Organizational, methodological, and technical support of the educational process, as well as events and projects aimed at promoting the use of distance learning through the Educational Portal of I. Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University (KSTU).
2.2. Development and integration of electronic educational technologies and digital resources into the academic process at KSTU.
2.3. Development and regular updating of methodological guidelines for the creation of automated learning courses and for conducting classes using automated educational systems.
2.4. Administration and user support (consulting) for faculty, staff, and students regarding the use of the Educational Portal, corporate email, and official website of KSTU.
2.5. Participation in training sessions for students on how to work with the Educational Portal of KSTU.
2.6. Maintaining consistent communication with students and faculty via the Educational Portal and corporate email to address issues, clarify any difficulties, and resolve disputes that arise during the learning process in a timely manner.
2.7. Monitoring the KSTU official website for content updates and completeness, and informing management when corrective actions are needed.
2.8. Knowledge of operational procedures and policies in educational institutions, internal labor regulations, principles of office administration, and execution of tasks assigned by the Director and the Head of the Web Center of the IT Department.
