Lead Specialist
Job Responsibilities
2.1. Organizational, methodological, and technical support of the educational process.
2.2. Development and implementation of electronic educational technologies and digital learning resources into the academic process at I. Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University (KSTU).
2.3. Integration and utilization of video technologies and television resources in the educational process at KSTU.
2.4. Operation and management of the KSTU TV Studio, including:
- Preparation and editing of video content and materials;
- Production of video materials using various software tools and video technologies;
- Development of electronic educational materials, including graphic elements (e.g., flash animations), audio, and video components;
- Video directing and editing of TV content;
- Audio engineering, including voice and background sound editing;
- Preparation of scripts for video lectures and TV programs;
- Camera operation and video recording of educational materials;
- Video editing and post-production of recorded content.
2.5. Knowledge of regulations and operational procedures within educational institutions; adherence to internal labor regulations, document management basics; execution of tasks assigned by the Director and Head of the Web Center of the IT Department.
