Scopus Regional Resource Center

The Scopus Regional Resource Center operates on the basis of the I. Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University (KSTU) in Bishkek. The Center is a strategic platform established in collaboration with Elsevier to support the scientific community of Kyrgyzstan.

Key functions of the Center:

Advisory Support: Assisting researchers, doctoral students, and students in utilizing the Scopus international scientometric database.
Training: Conducting educational seminars and workshops on academic writing, searching for relevant scientific publications, and analyzing metrics (h-index, citation rates).
Monitoring: Analyzing the publication activity of universities and developing recommendations for entering international rankings.
Access to Resources: Providing institutional access to the database for conducting in-depth scientific research.

The Center consolidates the resources of several universities across the country, serving as a unified information hub to enhance the quality of scientific research in the region.
