Scientific directions


The main scientific directions developed at the department:

  • automated design of devices and systems for various purposes;
  • automatic control systems;
  • architecture, mathematical, software and hardware, design tools for computing systems, artificial intelligence systems and computer networks;
  • opto-, radio- and acoustoelectronics, advanced communication, navigation, location and control systems;
  • information and telecommunication technologies;
  • information-measuring systems for monitoring and managing processes and objects;
  • nanotechnology;
  • telemedicine.

The teaching staff of the department is represented by highly professional specialists who have been trained and retrained in leading universities, scientific institutes of the near and far abroad (Germany, Sweden, India, Russia).


6 teachers, including 2 candidates of sciences, conduct scientific work at the department. Doctoral students, postgraduates and Telematics students actively participate in scientific work.
