Tumonbaeva Mira Jeenbaevna was born on April 2, 1973 in the village of Uch-Terek, Toktogul district, Jalal-Abad region.

1990-1995 Bishkek State University for the Humanities, Faculty of Russian Language and Literature at the National School.
