AUTOBIOGRAPHY
Bochkarev I.V., born in 1951, Russian, higher education, graduated with honors from the FPI in 1973.
From 1973 to 1977 worked in the Frunze branch of the All-Union Research Institute of Electromechanics in the laboratory of special electrical machines and complete electric drives.
He has been working at the Department of Electromechanics at KSTU since 1977, first as a teacher, then as a senior lecturer, associate professor, from 1995 to 2017 he headed the Department of Electromechanics. Currently he works as a professor of this department.
In 1982 he defended his Ph.D. thesis at the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, and in 2004 he also defended his doctoral dissertation at MPEI. In 2006 he was awarded the academic title of professor in the specialty "Mechanization and Automation".
During his work at KSTU Bochkarev I.V. He has established himself as a highly qualified teacher and researcher and has made a great contribution both to the education and upbringing of students and the training of engineering and scientific personnel, as well as to the development of invention and patenting.
Bochkarev I.V. was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (1999), the badge "Excellence in Education of the Kyrgyz Republic" (2004), was repeatedly the winner of the KSTU competitions "Best Lecturer", "Best Methodist", "Best Researcher "," The best professor. Bochkarev I.V. has more than 290 scientific publications, including 85 inventions, 7 monographs, 5 textbooks with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. A number of inventions and practical developments have been introduced at enterprises in Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Kazakhstan and Cuba.
Developments of Professor Bochkarev I.V. were repeatedly demonstrated at various International, All-Union and Republican exhibitions and were awarded with various awards, for example, the bronze medal of the VDNKh of the USSR (1978), diplomas of the International Exhibition "Bulgaria-85" (1985) and VDNKh Kirg. SSR (1988), exhibition-competition "Fair of Ideas" (2000), etc.
In 1980, Bochkarev I.V. was awarded the title of "The Best Young Inventor of Kyrgyzstan", in 1989 - the title of "Inventor of the USSR". In 2001, he was awarded by the State Agency for Science and Intellectual Property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic with a 1st degree Diploma "For the successes achieved in the field of inventive activity in the 20th century."
In 2007, by decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Bochkarev I.V. was awarded the honorary title "Honored Inventor of the Kyrgyz Republic", and in 2017 he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In 2009 he was awarded the gold medal of the World Intellectual Property Organization (Switzerland) for achievements in inventive activity in the field of electromechanics.
In 2020 he was awarded the Gold Medal of the Eurasian Patent Office
