1993 to 1997 at the Department of Mechanical Engineering and OE as the head of machines, head of laboratories.
Since 1997, he has been a lecturer at the Department of Electromechanics.
In 2001, she was transferred to the position of senior lecturer at the Department of "EM".
From 2005 to the present, she has been an associate professor at the department.
From 2018 to 2024, she was the head of the Department of Electromechanics.
From 2017 to 2025, she was the chairman of the UMK of the EI, a member of the UMO of the I. Razzakov KSTU.,
Currently, I am a member of the EI Council, a member of the Dissertation Council.

Scientific research work:
The main area of scientific research is the development and research of electromechanical energy converters and their control systems. Participates in the research of the Department, including the research of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Directs the research of students. He is the scientific supervisor of the PhD-doctoral candidate Dong Chengbiao (China).
Participates in international and national scientific and technical conferences. In 2025, she was a member of the organizing committee of the International Scientific and Practical Conference on the Latest Achievements in the field of Energy systems, Materials and Technologies "Scientific and technological development of fuel and energy complex industries and Sustainability of Energy systems" on April 3-4, 2025. Presentation of the report "Investigation of the possibilities of regulating the frequency of electric microgrids, including wind turbines".
He is the author of more than 50 scientific papers and more than 30 educational and methodological developments.
