Education:  In 1991 he graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Radioelectronics named after M.K. Yangel (HIRE). Majoring in electronic engineering

Knowledge of languages: Kyrgyz (native), Russian (fluent), English (I read and translate with a dictionary)

Work experience: From 1991 to 2004 he worked at the Kyrgyz State Technical University  from an electronics engineer to the Head of the Department of Radio Electronics. 

Working at the department, he issued more than 20 methodological guidelines through the printing houses of KTU and also published more than 10 scientific papers in various scientific journals. He created two laboratories, one in the course of power supplies of electronic means, and the second in the course of Digital electronic devices. Participated in the development of the educational and methodological base of the Department of Telecommunications at the KSTU named after I. Razzakov.

From 2005 to 2008, he worked at the Kyrgyz Broadcasting Company as the Head of the complex of Information and Analytical Programs and Video Magnetic recording. Working as the head of the IAP and VMZ complex, he proposed a rational proposal to improve the operation of hardware and installation units. He was awarded the KTRK prize by entering the work book.

From 2008 to 1.02.17 he worked  Sky Mobile LLC in To the Security Service by a leading specialist in Technical Means  Security guards.  Working for Sky Mobile LLC, he created a secure Beeline network. Put into operation Automatic gas fire extinguishing in controllers and switches  Sky Mobile LLC. In all offices of Sky Mobile LLC, together with contractors, installed and commissioned security, fire and alarm alarms and a video surveillance system. In all regional offices, switchboards and controllers installed and commissioned an access control and management system (ACS) for Honeywell equipment.   In 2012, he was awarded the diploma "Certificate of Recognition" by Sky Mobile LLC
