Fit industry Council on the strategy for developing professional qualifications of IT specialists

The composition of the fit industry Council: members-representatives of employers, business communities, government agencies and KSTU. Razzakova.

The role of industry councils is to help meet the requirements of employers for the quality of knowledge and skills acquired; to ensure the growth of employers ' investment in vocational education on the basis of achieving an optimal balance of supply and demand in the labor market.

Main tasks of the OS:

Direct participation in the discussion of training future IT specialists.
Determining the necessary knowledge and competencies, forecasting future needs of the industry, taking into account certain areas;
Coordination of supply and demand, skills and qualifications of graduates;
Development of sound proposals on the efficiency of using state funding to solve problems related to providing labor markets with high-quality labor;
Reducing the" gap " in qualifications - the difference between the needs of IT specialists and the supply in the labor market;
Formation and implementation of the system of public-private partnership in the field of professional education.
Development, promotion and updating of professional standards and assistance in the development of educational standards/ training programs based on them.
