PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

The educational process is organized using credit technology. The number and name of educational programs implemented in the departments corresponds to the names of areas and profiles that have licenses for educational activities. The educational process is organized according to the approved schedule of classes and the schedule of the educational process. Marks on the conduct of classes at the departments are recorded in the Cathedral journals and journals of laboratory classes.

To assist students in building and implementing their individual educational trajectory, a service of academic advisors is organized, who prepare all the necessary information materials on the organization of the educational process and provide them to students. The schedule of training sessions for fit students who study using credits and module-rating assessments of the development of educational programs is compiled on the basis of approved work curricula and the results of student registration

      The actual number of students at the faculty as of 10.12.2018 is 1069: 916 are full -time students, of which 215 are budget students and 701 are contract students, and 153 are part-time students. The number of students in courses and specialties is shown in table 2.

Status of student registration organization. Registration and registration of documentation is carried out in accordance with established procedures and according to the calendar of the educational process, the same throughout the University.. Registration for the next semester is carried out within the time limits set by the Academic calendar.

The implementation of the module-rating system for assessing students ' knowledge is carried out in accordance with the regulations on the module-rating system according to the discipline's CMC and the established schedule of the educational process. Academic advisors monitor the timely and correct registration of students and conduct explanatory work.

Academic mobility of students is implemented at the Department of ICT in the framework of the ERASMUS+program.

The rest of the Department fit have agreements on student mobility with Plas, Kazakh and Russian universities.

The organization of practices is carried out at all departments of the faculty on the basis of letters, long-term or temporary contracts with companies and enterprises working in the field of information technology. About 30 companies and organizations serve as the basis for passing fit practices. Fit students undergo practical training in the following companies and organizations: LLC "transfer group", College of Economics, information systems design, state enterprise "info-system", LLC "Web Alliance", LLC "BM Technologies", IT Contractor, KSTU (KAF.POX; AVN; BIC), Halyk-Bank, Kyrgyz pochtasy, LLC Velox software, LLC TechnoLogistics, LLC AVN, OK Kelechek, public Fund Technoland, College of Economics and design of information systems, LLC Barchyn, LLC Uniland, LLC Kyrgyz Trust Capital; LLC AVN, CJSC Coca

The organization of GAC, GEC, and WRC at the graduate departments is carried out at a sufficiently high level. Folders have been created for these areas of work. Orders, reports on students, reports of chairmen are available. Rotation of members of the GAC, GEC is observed. Methodical instructions for the implementation of DP and final qualifying works at the departments are available. The Dean's office and the educational and methodological Commission of the faculty conduct an analysis of the state of the WRC at the graduating departments. The necessary documentation is monitored: orders, reports, reports of the chairmen. GAC programs for specialties are designed in accordance with the requirements, their content includes materials from at least 4 disciplines. Meetings are held with the participation of the chairmen and members of the SAC, heads of departments, leading faculty staff, where issues of improving the quality of training of graduates are discussed.

CERTIFICATION OF STUDENTS. MONITORING SYSTEM

Organization of monitoring of students ' knowledge in accordance with the schedule of the educational process at each of the departments.

Discussion of the results of the modules is carried out at the meetings of the Department and the academic Council of the faculty. following the discussion, a decision is made to improve the educational process, which is reflected in the minutes of the meetings.

Student performance and attendance is monitored at all departments. The plans of the meeting of departments include questions on the analysis of the results of the first module and the examination session, there are protocols for discussing the progress and attendance of students in the context of groups, disciplines, and teaching staff. Transfers and restorations of students are carried out in accordance with the existing Regulations of KSTU. Registration of current progress statements, debt elimination sheets, and group journals meet the requirements. Table 19 shows the performance of fit for 2016-2018.

The organization, conduct and methods of evaluation of the SRS is carried out in accordance with the CMC of the discipline at the departments.

Registration of examination sheets and their compliance with the established requirements is checked by the Dean's office.

Quality control of teaching and conducting all types of classes is performed regularly. Quality checks of teaching activities, mutual visits of faculty staff by the Dean's office, departments, and the Educational Department of KSTU are carried out. Each Department has schedules of mutual attendance of teaching staff of each Department for the academic year. There is also a constant control over the labor discipline of teachers and their classes on the subject of: compliance with the audience, schedule, timeliness of the beginning and end of classes, availability of a set of methodological materials. The results of the audit are discussed at meetings of the Department together with representatives of the administration. All the results of testing and discussion of teaching methods are the subject of constant work on the quality of teaching activities of the faculty of fit and are issued by the protocols of the departments.

Employment of graduates. In 2015-2018, employment of graduates ranged from 70 % to 100%. Up to 20% are employed outside the Republic.
