Has higher education. Graduated in 1995 from Sevastopol
state technical university. In 2008 received the second
higher education at the Baltic State Technical
University "VOENMEH" them. D. F. Ustinova.
From 1997 to 2011 she worked at the branch of BSTU "VOENMEH" in the city of
Bishkek as the head of the quality of education and financial
analysis.
In 2011, in connection with the integration of the branch of BSTU "VOENMEH" into
KSTU after I. Razzakova was transferred to work in the Kyrgyz State
technical university. I. Razzakov to the Institute of Joint
educational programs. Currently working as a manager
joint educational programs. Manages issues related
with training under the programs of two-diploma education for students with
Russian, Kazakh universities.
