WORLD SCIENCE DAY FOR PEACE AND DEVELOPMENT
WORLD QUALITY DAY
On November 13, 2025, at the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov, the International Forum “HEAVENLY MOUNTAINS OF CIVILIZATIONS – 2050” was held with the support of the National Institute for Strategic Initiatives under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As part of the program, a foresight session took place:
“NEW GUIDELINES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF KYRGYZSTAN — VECTORS FOR IMPROVING PEOPLE’S QUALITY OF LIFE”

Goal:
Creation, on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and within the framework of the country’s development strategy, of an international expert platform consisting of representatives of science, education, business, civil society institutions, and public authorities to discuss an action plan for forming, using Kyrgyzstan as an example and based on traditional values, the image of the future of humanity and the main vectors for improving the quality of life of the peoples of Greater Eurasia.
The following issues were discussed:

– Spirituality and culture as the foundation of peace and harmony.
– The role of science and education in the development of civilizations.
II. Economy and Innovation
– Industrialization and technological renewal.
– Kyrgyzstan as a regional logistics and transit hub.
– Expansion of green energy.
III. Ecology and Sustainability
– Development of agriculture and tourism.
– High quality of nutrition and public health.
IV. Public Administration and the Future
– Improvement of public administration.
– Noospheric and cosmoplanetary development of civilizations.
